If an elf bladesinger is reincarnated as a non-elf, would that impact their bladesinging capabilities?

@FosterTheDavidIf an elf bladesinger is reincarnated as a non-elf, would that impact their bladesinging capabilities? How would you run that? I'd let the character keep advancing. Also, depending on campaign, other bladesingers might hunt the PC. #wotcstaff
