Are there any chances in bringing back feats or the hybrid system from 4th edition?

@KingofhatlandAre there any chances in bringing back feats that loosely emulate multiclassing, or the hybrid system from 4th edition? We created the hybrid system in 4E because that edition lacked traditional multiclassing. 5E doesn't share that lack.
