Wildshape is not in the Monster Manual’s Druid NPC stats, is it intended?

@gothstaff @ChrisPerkinsDnDWildshape is not in the MM’s Druid NPC stats, is it intended? would wildshaping increase CR? believe it is to keep the NPC simple, would increase CR by 1 or 2 #wotcstaff
