$ 0 0 I consider all possibilities and discount none. You don’t have to kill the characters when things are looking grim. A villain can turn a “death blow” into a chance to render a character unconscious, for example. I’ve been DMing consistently for a couple years now, but there’s one major hurdle I’m having trouble overcoming. It’s really hard for me to kill characters. My players are very invested in these characters, and even when they’re in bad situations, it’s tough for me to deal the final blow. Was this difficult for you? Do you have any advice?Comment from discussion Chris Perkins AMA.
