Does the save DC change if a weapon is coated with carrion crawler mucus as a poison?

In my game, I’d probably require a check – maybe Dexterity (Nature) – to apply the poison, failure applies poison effects to character using it. If that succeeds, would probably reduce save DC by 2 when delivered by weapon — Mike Mearls (@mikemearls) January 13, 2018
